Sloth Facts & Frequently Asked Questions
🧠 Interesting Sloth Facts
- Sloths are native to Central and South America — slow-moving mammals known for their relaxed pace and tree-dwelling lifestyle.
- They spend most of their lives hanging upside down and only come down about once a week to relieve themselves.
- Sloths have strong claws for gripping branches, slow metabolism, and a low-calorie diet — which is why our encounters focus on gentle, light interaction and proper nutrition.
